Job summary

SelectTech Services Corporation in the United States seeks an IT Manager to lead and optimize our internal technology environment with our MSP. Focus on secure administration of GCC High, CMMC compliance initiatives, and governance of AI technologies to enable secure, scalable operations.

You will champion security‑first IT operations, manage vendor relationships, and drive reliable technology delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4-7+ years of progressive IT experience, including hands-on troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 GCC High environments and DoD security requirements.
• Certifications listed above are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal IT contact coordinating with MSP.
• Drive IT initiatives, optimize workflows, and improve system responsiveness.
• Maintain security and governance across GCC High environments and AI platforms.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and access controls for Microsoft 365 GCC High.
• Lead IT projects, vendor coordination, and disaster recovery planning.
• Support network, LAN/WAN, and peripheral devices across locations.

Education
