Job summary

XChange Software Inc in Memphis, TN seeks a Senior IT Manager – Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Operations to lead a large-scale enterprise computing environment. You will own strategic oversight of server, storage, virtualization, DR, and cloud platforms across data centers and cloud regions.

You will direct technical teams, manage MSP relationships, and oversee budgets while driving reliability, automation, and cost optimization to support mission-critical applications and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or related field.
• 10–15+ years of progressive IT experience in enterprise infrastructure or IT operations.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Unix/Linux, storage, backup, virtualization and DR.
• Experience managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience overseeing uptime, DR and operational performance.
• Experience managing technical teams, vendors and MSPs.
• Strong financial management including IT budgets and contracts.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, capacity, availability).
• Excellent communication with executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Must reside in the Memphis, TN area.

Senior IT Manager – Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Operations

Location: Memphis, TN

Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Senior IT Manager – Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Operations to lead a large-scale enterprise computing environment for a major global organization headquartered in Memphis, TN.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced IT infrastructure professional with a strong background in enterprise server and storage operations, cloud infrastructure, disaster recovery, managed service providers (MSPs), and large-scale IT service delivery.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical depth, strategic leadership, financial management, and operational accountability. This individual will oversee mission-critical infrastructure supporting enterprise applications, manufacturing operations, data centers, and cloud environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of progressive IT experience, with significant experience in enterprise infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Unix/Linux, enterprise storage, backup, virtualization, and disaster recovery technologies.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Demonstrated responsibility for infrastructure uptime, availability, disaster recovery, and operational performance.
• Experience managing technical teams, external vendors, and managed service providers.
• Strong financial management experience, including enterprise IT budgets, vendor contracts, and cost optimization.
