Kitsap Mental Health Services in Bremerton, WA is hiring an Information Technology Manager to lead our Systems Administration and Help Desk teams. You will oversee daily IT operations, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure management, and business continuity efforts while delivering reliable technology services across the organization.

This leadership role partners with departments and leadership, supervises IT staff, and guides strategic technology goals to support staff and high‑quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field.
• 5+ years of information technology experience including infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience including staff development.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership for infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
• Maintain secure, reliable technology standards, procedures, and documentation.
• Oversee daily cybersecurity operations, including endpoint protection, access controls, email security, patching, and vulnerability management.
• Manage Help Desk, infrastructure operations, backups, and system restoration.
• Coordinate incident response, audits, remediation, and policy compliance.
• Manage technology projects from planning through operational transition.
• Communicate technical information clearly to leadership and staff.
• Represent IT in meetings, workgroups, and vendor engagements.
