IT Manager - CRM

Soni Resources is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform team. This role manages a team of ~10 professionals across functional analysis, development, and delivery, driving CRM adoption and expansion across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the CRM strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee design, configuration, integration, and support of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse IT team.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business partners, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value.
• Manage CRM projects, portfolio planning, budgets, and risk.
• Partner with Microsoft and other vendors to maximize platform capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy, security, and SOX requirements.

Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including 3–5 years in management.
• Proven success leading CRM or enterprise application teams.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, configuration, integrations, and reporting (Power BI, Power Platform).
• Experience with customer service/case management; telematics a plus.
