Job summary

Hayden AI is hiring for a senior IT infrastructure and operations leadership role. You will drive provisioning, identity management, and security policies across the organization, while supervising A/V systems and device management.

Lead budget planning, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to support a secure, scalable technology environment for our US-based teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and operations management.
Experience with account provisioning and identity management systems (Google Workspace, JumpCloud, AWS, etc.).
Strong understanding of zero-trust security, endpoint and network security best practices.
Experience managing A/V systems (Zoom, conference room tech, digital signage) is a plus.
Familiarity with SOC2, ISO compliance and related policies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven budget management and vendor negotiation experience.

Video Surveillance & Access Control: oversee systems and permissions.
Desktop / Laptop Support & License Management: lead provisioning and renewals.
MDM & Device Management: supervise device enrollment and policy enforcement.
Account & User Management: manage access and onboarding processes.
