Job summary

Pressure Systems International is seeking an Information Technology Manager to oversee the Epicor Kenetic ERP system and provide local IT support for manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with Corporate IT on upgrades, maintain documentation, and ensure system performance and user satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ERP administration with Epicor Kenetic in a manufacturing setting and can handle after-hours support as needed, delivering reliable desktop and network support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of ERP administration and Epicor experience.
• Experience administering Epicor Kinetic ERP (cloud or on-premises).
• Strong knowledge of Epicor Kinetic modules: Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and Financials.
• Epicor configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and shop floor systems.
• Networking and security principles.
• Desktop and hardware support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with system integration and development; knowledge of workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Epicor ERP system, including configuration and user setup.
• Customize dashboards and reports to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues; support upgrades and integrations.
• Provide first-level IT support for PSI and assist with shop floor systems.
• Deliver desktops, hardware, and basic network support to local users.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT for escalations and project alignment.
• Maintain system documentation and user training materials.
• Provide after-hours support for critical issues or maintenance.
• Track and manage help desk tickets and escalate as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY

The IT Manager oversees the administration and support of the Epicor Kenetic ERP system at PSI, ensuring system performance, user support, and integration with shop floor operations. This role provides local IT support, collaborates with Corporate IT on broader initiatives, and maintains system documentation and training materials. The ideal candidate has strong Epicor Kenetic experience in a manufacturing setting and can work independently, including after-hours support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support the Epicor ERP system, including:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
