Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking an ERP Systems Administrator to manage Epicor ERP, assist with Epicor 10 to Kinetic migration, and enhance reporting and data visibility with Power BI. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize processes, ensure data integrity, and support system enhancements across Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and Sales.

The role requires hands-on ERP administration, strong analytical skills, and teamwork to implement improvements and maintain system

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Epicor ERP administration or support in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with Epicor reporting, configuration, and migrations.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Client Overview:

Our client is a multi-site manufacturing organization focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement. The company is modernizing their business systems and expanding reporting capabilities to improve data visibility across Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and Sales. They are currently looking to add an ERP Systems Administrator to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$130k

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a hands-on ERP professional to manage and support the company's Epicor system while improving business processes and system functionality. This individual will work closely with IT leadership and teams across the organization to ensure the system meets business needs. Key responsibilities include supporting the transition from Epicor 10 to Epicor Kinetic, maintaining system integrations, and improving reporting and data visibility through Power BI.

Responsibilities of the ERP Systems Administrator:

• Manage Epicor ERP administration, including user access, security, configuration, troubleshooting, and daily support.
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors on system upgrades, customizations, integrations, and the migration from Epicor 10 to Epicor Kinetic.
• Develop and maintain Epicor reports, dashboards, and Power BI tools to improve reporting and data visibility.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to optimize business processes, manage system enhancements, support training, and maintain data integrity and compliance.

Required Experience/Skills for the ERP Systems Administrator:

• At least 3 years of Epicor ERP administration or support experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, including production, inventory, purchasing, and finance.
• Experience collaborating with ERP consultants and vendors to support system functionality and improvements.
• Experience with Epicor reporting and system configuration.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience, is required.
