Location: York, Nebraska Area (Onsite)

Compensation: $135,000-$150,000 Base + Performance Bonus (Historically 10-15%)

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. Title may be elevated to Vice President based on experience and leadership scope.

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise network architecture, oversee data center operations, and define the long‑term infrastructure strategy for a stable, growth‑focused financial institution.

This is a high‑visibility leadership role with executive interaction and full ownership of the infrastructure function. The organization is actively investing in modernization initiatives, including a Microsoft 365 cloud migration and Cisco switching refresh, and requires a leader who can elevate both the technical environment and team performance.

This is not a maintenance‑focused role — it is a strategic leadership opportunity with meaningful organizational impact.

Scope of Responsibility
  • LAN/WAN architecture and high‑availability design
  • Cisco routing and switching, including Nexus platforms
  • Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
  • Network segmentation and performance monitoring (SNMP, NetFlow)
  • Data center infrastructure operations
  • Oversight of third‑party managed firewall and security services
  • Business continuity and disaster recovery planning
  • Infrastructure compliance within a regulated environment

You will lead and develop a team of approximately 10 engineers and infrastructure professionals, serving as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues while guiding strategic initiatives from planning through execution.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 8-15+ years of progressive network and infrastructure experience
  • Deep expertise in Cisco routers and Nexus switching
  • Strong understanding of enterprise LAN/WAN and data center environments
  • Experience with routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
  • Prior leadership experience managing engineers or technical teams
  • Experience within regulated or compliance‑driven environments preferred
  • Professional presence with strong collaboration and executive communication skills
  • CCNA or CCNP certifications preferred
Compensation & Structure
  • Base Salary: $135,000-$150,000
  • Performance Bonus: Historically 10‑15%
  • Salaried leadership role (typical 40‑45 hours/week)
  • On‑call leadership responsibility (rare escalations)
  • Fully onsite in the York, Nebraska area
