Job summary

Hocher Holdings is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to support technology operations across our portfolio of companies and multiple locations in the U.S. and Bahamas.

You will work closely with our MSP, owning IT operations, security, and technology projects while providing hands-on support. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT experience, multi-site support, and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, networking, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on IT experience.
• Experience as an IT Manager, Systems Administrator, IT Engineer, or similar role.
• Multi-site IT support experience required.
• Experience working with or managing an MSP or outsourced IT provider.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, networking, and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting, project management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage priorities and take ownership of issues through resolution.
• Strong communication skills with employees, vendors, and leadership.
• Aviation, manufacturing, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel regularly between Company locations, including the Bahamas, is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations across multiple companies and locations.
• Serve as the primary liaison with our MSP and technology vendors, including managing escalations and service performance.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Support networks, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs, computers, mobile devices, and other IT assets.
• Manage user access, cybersecurity controls, endpoint protection, and technology onboarding/offboarding.
• Oversee IT tickets, priorities, escalations, and resolution.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset inventories, and technology standards.
• Lead technology implementations, upgrades, migrations, and other IT projects.
• Support multiple locations and travel on-site for projects, troubleshooting, and operational needs.

Hocher Holdings is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to support technology operations across our portfolio of companies and multiple locations in the U.S. and Bahamas. Our businesses span aviation, manufacturing, hospitality, and corporate services.

This role will serve as the Company's primary internal IT resource, working closely with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) while maintaining internal ownership of IT operations, support, security, and technology projects.
