Lake Superior Community Health Center is seeking an IT Manager to oversee the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of IT systems to support staff caring for patients. You will supervise desktop and network operations across four clinic locations and coordinate with vendors to ensure service continuity.
The role includes asset inventory, procurement, policy development, and project planning with management. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
An Information Technology Manager applies technical expertise to the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of IT systems to support LSCHC staff in caring for patients. IT Managers typically focus on a specific computer network, database, and or systems administration functions.
The IT Managerwill perform duties necessary to support LSCHC’s information systems including desktop support, hardware support, phone system support, vendor support and network support at the four LSCHC locations for 100+ employees. IT Manager leads team projects and company initiatives.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Electronic Health and Dental Records and UDS Reporting Database software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Familiarity with AD, 365, Group Policy creation and Azzure
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or a minimum of three years relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
