Sutton Law Firm, a boutique firm in Central Florida with offices in Bartow, is seeking an IT Manager to lead the modernization of our technology infrastructure, automate workflows, and optimize Clio integration to support compassionate client service.

Ideal candidates are independent technology leaders with hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain complex IT concepts to nontechnical staff while partnering with firm leadership to shape strategic tech

The IT Manager role at Sutton Law Firm is pivotal in advancing our technological capabilities to support our mission of compassionate and effective legal representation. As our firm expands its use of technology, we seek a dynamic IT professional to lead the modernization of our systems, enhance efficiency through automation, and ensure seamless integration and utilization of AI and practice management software like Clio. This individual will be instrumental in transforming our technology infrastructure to better serve our clients and empower our team.

What you’ll do:

• Technology Management: Manage and support the firm's technology systems and ensure seamless operations across all platforms.
• Clio Optimization: Implement, support, and optimize the Clio platform to improve practice management and client service.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI technologies to enhance firm efficiencies beyond basic applications.
• Workflow Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve overall workflow.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot IT issues and provide training to staff to effectively utilize technological tools.
• Project Leadership: Take ownership of technology projects from conception to execution.

What we’re looking for:

• Technical Expertise: Strong experience in IT systems and hands‑on technology implementation, with legal technology experience highly preferred.
• AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI tools and the ability to identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and workflows.
• Problem‑Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective technology solutions.
• Independence: Ability to work autonomously while being the primary resource for technology needs.
