Dots is seeking an IT Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team in Miami. You will help manage the day-to-day lifecycle of IT equipment across our global warehouse network, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, warehouse activities, data wiping requests, and inventory movements.

No prior logistics experience required; we teach you everything you need to know. We value curiosity, quick learning, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational lifecycle of IT equipment orders from creation through completion.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding requests for employees around the world.
• Work closely with our global warehouse partners to coordinate receiving, shipping, storage, inspections, and inventory movements.
• Manage device retrievals and data wiping requests while ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Track orders, monitor progress, and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order status, deliveries, returns, and warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational records across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Procurement, Finance, Product, and other Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and customer experience.
