Job summary

Link Solutions, Inc. in Orlando, FL, seeks an IT Logistics Specialist to coordinate logistics, asset management, inventory control, procurement support, and lifecycle activities for mission-critical IT resources.

The ideal candidate is a US citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, highly organized with strong documentation, tracking, and vendor coordination skills. Relocation incentives and certification reimbursements are available to support mission readiness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• US citizen is required.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• 1+ year of experience supporting logistics, supply chain operations, inventory management, asset management, customer support, or related functions.
• Experience maintaining records, schedules, reports, inventories, and documentation.
• Experience with documentation management and configuration management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics plans for acquisition, storage, distribution, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets.
• Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and deployment of IT equipment and services.
• Maintain accurate records for IT hardware, software licenses, peripherals, and related assets.
• Conduct regular inventories, audits, and asset reconciliation to ensure accountability.
• Track IT assets throughout their lifecycle from acquisition through decommissioning and disposal.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding procurement, delivery schedules, warranties, and replacements.
• Monitor contracts and service renewals to ensure compliance.
• Support technology refresh initiatives and infrastructure modernization.
