Job summary

LEDVANCE in Versailles, KY, seeks an IT Local Technical Support Specialist (Generalist) to maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software at the Midwest Distribution Center. You will respond to user requests, install and update systems, and support printers and other devices.

Role Overview:

As an IT Local Technical Support Specialist (Generalist), you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for the computer hardware and software systems of our regional sites and distribution centers. This position will be located on premises in Versailles Kentucky at the LEDVANCE Midwest Distribution Center (MDC).

Additional Information:

• Position is located at our MidWest Distribution Center in Versailles, KY
• Work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with some flexibility
• Position requires you to be on-site.
