Job summary

Texas Family Care Network (TFCN) in Dallas, TX seeks a Director of Information Technology to lead strategy and operations for EHR, state systems, reporting, and integrations. You will partner with Pressley Ridge IT to optimize shared infrastructure, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficiency across technology services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information management systems, or related field.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience supporting or managing business applications including implementations, requirements gathering, testing, workflow improvement, and vendor coordination.
• Two (2) years of supervisory, team leadership, or significant project leadership experience.
• Experience with electronic health records, case management, state or healthcare technology systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliable support for the EHR, Texas state applications, reporting solutions, and integrations.
• Establish technology service priorities and ensure timely communication, escalation, and resolution of issues.
• Coordinate application administration, upgrades, testing, training, vendor support, and resources with stakeholders.
• Monitor system utilization and performance to maximize value of technology investments.
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, pricing, service levels, and performance accountability.
• Lead technology initiatives to improve data quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic leadership and act as primary technology advisor to TFCN leadership.
