Job summary
Golden Star Technology (GST) seeks an experienced IT Lead - Systems & Support to oversee and enhance our internal technology environment in Cerritos, CA. This hands‑on role combines IT infrastructure, systems administration, end‑user support, cybersecurity, collaboration technologies, AV systems, and AI‑driven solutions.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can support employees, manage Microsoft 365 technologies, lead technical projects, and identify innovative solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT systems administration or senior support roles.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and access management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver internal IT support.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Manage user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and device deployment.
- Provide Tier II/III end-user support for desktops, software, printers, networking.
- Maintain conference room tech, AV systems, and collaboration tools.
- Support surveillance cameras and video management systems.
- Lead IT projects from planning to documentation.
- Drive adoption of collaboration tools and workflow automation.
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered productivity tools.
