Johnson & Johnson is seeking an IT Lead – Functional Engineering to guide the Litify Enterprise Legal Management stack in New Brunswick, NJ. You will partner with Enterprise Legal and IT leaders to architect secure, scalable solutions and manage end-to-end delivery across Legal products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field.
• 5+ years IT experience, including 2–3 years in Salesforce and API integration.
• Hands-on Salesforce product development, security, and configuration experience.
• Experience with modern integration and cloud architectures (APIs, event-driven, middleware).
• Experience delivering Agentic AI solutions and secure data practices.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize investments and convert into technical roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Lead Enterprise Legal Engineering initiatives with agile delivery and Jira/Confluence tooling.
• Design scalable Legal product solutions and integrate with business systems.
• Ensure security, compliance, and architecture alignment in regulated environments.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across regions.
