Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks an IT Lead - Functional Engineering to guide Enterprise Legal Engineering in New Jersey and nearby offices. You will shape technical roadmaps, drive API-driven integrations, and ensure compliant scalable solutions within a regulated healthcare setting.

You will collaborate with BPO & TPO leaders, manage agile delivery, and steward security and data privacy across platforms. Strong Salesforce, AI/automation experience, and cross-functional communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
5+ years IT experience, incl. 2–3 years in Salesforce, API integration, integration patterns, and complex SQL queries.
Hands-on Salesforce product development, security, and configuration.
Experience with modern integration architectures (APIs, event-driven systems, middleware).
Practical experience delivering Agentic AI solutions and secure data flows.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Enterprise Legal Product and Business Technology leaders to prioritize investments into technical roadmaps and reliable solutions.
Lead scalable Legal product solutions and support cross-region internal system integrations.
Participate in end-to-end integration architecture design sessions using API-first and microservices patterns.
Ensure security, regulatory compliance and alignment with business strategy across platforms.
