Johnson & Johnson is hiring an IT Lead - Functional Engineering in New Brunswick, NJ or nearby NJ offices. You will lead Enterprise Legal Engineering capabilities in a regulated environment, designing secure, scalable, and integrated Litify Enterprise Legal Management solutions.

Work with BPO/TPO leaders to improve customer experience, efficiency, and business outcomes. The role emphasizes Agile delivery, API-first architecture, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance legal tech

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM field.
5+ years IT experience with 2-3 years Salesforce/API integration.
Experience with Salesforce development and security.
Knowledge of API-first, event-driven architectures and microservices.

Responsibilities

Drive scalable Legal product solutions, partnering with business and IT peers across regions.
Participate in end-to-end integration architecture design sessions using API-first, event-driven patterns.
Ensure security and architecture align with business needs and strategy; work with architecture teams.
Provide Salesforce technical expertise throughout design lifecycle including reviews and POCs.
Collaborate with application support to resolve critical issues beyond their scope.
