You will support IT operations visibility and monitoring, gain exposure to multiple IT teams, and participate in on-the-job training through online courses and live sessions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year degree in IT or CS (Sophomore/Junior preferred).
• Major in IT or Computer Science preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT operations with visibility and monitoring improvements.
• Identify monitoring gaps across services.
