Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking an Information Technology Intern for Summer 2027 to support IT project work and gain hands-on experience in a leading consumer products company. The role offers paid on-the-job training, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to multiple IT disciplines.

The intern will participate in monitoring optimization, tool inventories, and interactions with stakeholders to understand critical services and business impact.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred Sophomore/Junior standing.
• Information Technology or Computer Science Major preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Previous internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• IT Operations Visibility & Monitoring Optimization.
• Identify monitoring gaps where critical services are not currently being monitored.
• Interview IT system stakeholders.
• Increase visibility and standardize monitoring across IT teams and gain ownership.
• Inventory all monitoring and alerting tools used across IT; document tool owners, costs, and business purposes.

Internship Overview

Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Information Technology Team! This Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.

Internship Responsibilities
