Job summary

Trane Technologies offers a 12-week summer internship for college students pursuing a BS/BA in MIS, IT, or CS, with exposure to Project Management, Business Analysis, and more. The program includes leadership training and networking with senior leaders, with potential post-program opportunities.

Participants gain hands-on experience across IT domains, including Infrastructure and Application Management, and may be considered for full-time Accelerated Development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/BA in MIS, IT, or CS with GPA ≥3.0.
• Available for a 12-week summer internship across IT disciplines.
• Must have at least one internship or work experience and leadership examples.
• U.S. citizen or have the right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Project Management, Business Analysis, Supplier Management, Infrastructure, and Application Management.
• Engage with senior leaders and participate in leadership training.
• Network with peers and potential full-time opportunities after program.
