Responsibilities

• Assist on active projects related to Information Technology hardware and software deployments.
• Assist on active projects related to software development.
• Provide IT Phone Support on a Help Desk.
• Assist with development of training material.
• Assist with technical support for conference room equipment when used for meetings.
