Job summary

Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District is seeking an Information Technology Internship to support day-to-day troubleshooting across multiple schools under the supervision of the Coordinator of Technology.

Responsibilities include repairing computers, printers, and projectors; coordinating with vendors on warranty issues; assisting staff with end-user errors; and tracking progress in the ticket log.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Candidate will be required to submit a BCI/FBI background check at their own expense if hired.
• Preferred: students attending a local college or university.

Responsibilities

• Repairs broken computers, printers, projectors.
• Contacts vendors on warranty issues.
• Works with staff on end user errors.
• Tracks and updates status on work in progress.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
