Job summary

Nemacolin is seeking an Information Technology Intern to gain hands-on exposure to end-user support, hospitality technology, networking, and systems administration within a Forbes‑and AAA‑rated luxury resort. The internship includes an experiential project and opportunities to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting.

You will work alongside experienced IT professionals in a fast-paced environment, supporting associates and resort guests, and exploring emerging technologies like AI

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hospitality tech environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience or coursework in LAN/WAN technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for associates, management, and guests with tech issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity; support Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 11.
• Document work orders accurately and coordinate timely technician support when needed.
• Assist with installation/removal of telephone and data cabling; manage user accounts across systems.
