Job summary

La-Z-Boy internship program in Monroe, MI offers hands-on IT experience within a global furniture leader. You will join the IT Department as an intern, supporting projects and gaining insight into company strategies and processes.

We seek self-motivated students currently pursuing a four-year IT degree, with 2-3 years completed, strong communication, teamwork, and MS Office skills. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with two remote days.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year Bachelor’s degree program focused on IT with 2-3 years completed
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to work in a team based environment as well as individually
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) a must
• Ability to travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support the IT Department at La-Z-Boy’s World HQ in Monroe, MI.
• Participate in IT-related projects and gain hands-on business knowledge across La-Z-Boy processes.
