Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Document and track tickets using the IT ticketing system and ensure timely resolutions.
• Assist in implementing information security policies and monitoring controls.
• Set up, configure, and maintain network infrastructure components and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
