Qualifications

• Completed coursework in information technology.
• Student should be a junior or senior level student at an accredited college.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate initiative and responsibility, multitask, attend to detail, meet deadlines, adapt quickly to changes, and respond well to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to IT staff and leadership for core functions.
• Assist in installation and/or maintenance of physical networking infrastructure.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Assist with IT asset inventory management and hardware deployment projects.
• Support project management functions.
• Create and maintain technology documentation for internal and external audiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
