Job summary

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell.

This intern will focus on supporting IT initiatives by analyzing business processes, technology solutions, and application areas to develop recommendations, documentation, reporting, and solution concepts that drive measurable business value

Qualifications

Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship period (May–August 2027).
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to IT/business.
Experience working on IT projects outside standard coursework preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Familiarity with Hubbell's core technologies.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes, technology solutions, and application areas to develop recommendations, documentation, reporting, and solution concepts.
Develop measurable business value and hands-on IT operations experience.
Support IT initiatives and project delivery with stakeholder engagement and data analysis.
Provide a final presentation to local management at the end of the program.
