Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive leadership or management experience overseeing Information Technology teams.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in systems/network administration or related infrastructure roles.
• Experience leading teams across remote locations and defining service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop IT Systems, Network Administration, Architecture, and Desktop Support teams.
• Set performance, service, and conduct expectations; align with organizational priorities.
• Oversee infrastructure operations, end-user services, and incident management.
• Drive infrastructure programs, projects, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, asset management, and technology governance.
