Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of procurement or technology procurement experience.
• Proven success negotiating technology agreements and delivering results.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Experience with enterprise technology suppliers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, OpenAI, Dell, etc.
• Experience reviewing proposals, BOMs, or pricing models with analytics and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives and negotiate commercial agreements across IT infrastructure.
• Draft, review, and redline technology agreements with favorable terms.
• Review proposals, BOMs, pricing models, and terms for competitiveness.
• Maintain pricing benchmarks, discount libraries, and commercial insights.
• Analyze spend, budgets, supplier performance, and forecasts; develop dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to improve forecasting.
• Track Generative AI investments and align technology across units.
• Support category strategy and supplier evaluation to improve value.
• Build supplier relationships within a large matrix organization.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve procurement processes.
