Job summary

NCR Voyix, a global platform-powered leader in unified commerce, seeks an IT Procurement Manager to drive infrastructure and cloud sourcing strategies from Atlanta, GA. You will lead negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and optimize technology spending to support the company’s roadmap.

The role requires 5+ years in strategic sourcing with a focus on infrastructure, cloud, and related services, plus strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• 3+ years sourcing and negotiating technology-related categories (infrastructure, cloud, software, managed services).
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing and contract negotiations (RFPs, evaluations, agreements).
• Strong understanding of software licensing, cloud services, managed services, tech contracts, and TCO analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for cloud, infrastructure, networking, managed services, and related technology categories.
• Negotiate and manage enterprise agreements, software licenses, cloud commitments, managed services agreements, and SOWs to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Develop and execute category strategies that drive cost savings, supplier optimization, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support technology initiatives.
• Manage supplier performance through governance, business reviews, service-level monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide market intelligence, benchmarking, financial analysis, and sourcing recommendations to support investment decisions and contract renewals.
