Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, information systems, or related field.
• 5–7 years in technology business management, finance, or operational roles.
• Experience supporting senior Technology leaders in large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with data-driven insights.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail, data integrity, and follow-through.
• Sound judgment and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology leadership to support financial planning, workforce management, reporting and governance across the Technology organization.
• Provide structure and data integrity to support oversight, prioritization, and execution across a complex technology portfolio.
• Ensure financial and workforce information is accurate, timely, and decision-ready; support reporting and governance rhythms.
