Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. in Pennington, NJ, is seeking an IT Infrastructure PM / End User Support Engineer with a strong Linux/Unix background to support end users and drive infrastructure projects in a banking environment.

Qualifications

Location Pennington, United States Sector Banking

Looking for Technical or Infrastructure Project Manager type who comes from some sort of technical background whether that by as a Linux Admin OR a technical support or user support role; need someone who has supported End Users in a prior role.

This team supports the Quartz platform so need someone strong with infrastructure such as data centers, linux/unix operating systems, linux and unix servers, CPU knowledge, basic networking, storage, database knowledge as well.

Must come from more of a Linux/Unix background vs Windows and need to have knowledge of both virtual and physical servers- builds, upgrades, maintenance, patching and / or support.

Good communication skills and presentation skills; good with Jira, Powerpoint, Visio, Excel
