Job summary

The role focuses on maintaining network equipment, servers, and related systems to ensure reliable operations. You will collaborate with corporate IT to resolve WAN/IP telephony issues, manage cabling and server standards, and coordinate with vendors on infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, math, business or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting network gear, servers and software.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and support the Augusta Technology Center network infrastructure.
• Administer local servers and support server software and hardware.
• Manage IT cabling including CAT5, fiber optics, telephone systems.
• Coordinate with corporate support teams to resolve WAN and IP telephony issues.
• Coordinate with the Process Control Group to resolve network issues.
• Coordinate with corporate support teams on software standards for servers and workstations.
• Work with outside vendors to manage IT infrastructure projects.
