Job summary

Procore is seeking an experienced Manager, Information Systems Engineering to lead our Network and Cloud Infrastructure. You will oversee day-to-day operations, optimize global connectivity, and mentor engineers building resilient systems.

You will drive IT automation with Terraform, Ansible, or Python, manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on‑prem networks, and coordinate with Security and DevOps to align infrastructure with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role managing network or cloud teams.
• Strong background in networking and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of engineers with coaching.
• Manage deployment and upkeep of cloud infra and on-prem networks.
• Implement IT automation with Terraform, Ansible or Python.
• Maintain network security standards including firewalls and VPNs; Zscaler rollout.
• Coordinate with Security and DevOps for aligned objectives.
• Oversee incident response and RCA to prevent disruptions.
• Manage project timelines and resource allocation for upgrades and migrations.
• Monitor system performance and cloud spend for optimization.
