Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field for duration of internship.
• Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8 on a 4.0 scale, verified by official transcript.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team to assist day-to-day IT infrastructure hosting activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Assist in writing procedures and defining work processes; compile status and metrics as needed.
• Support enterprise-wide IT initiatives and contractor oversight; help manage multiple projects concurrently.
