Job summary

Entergy is offering a Summer Intern position in Electrical Engineering with a hybrid work arrangement. The role supports DER planning and model development, performing data analysis, documentation, and field data acquisition.

The intern must be enrolled in an accredited degree program, maintain a 2.8 GPA or higher, and be eligible to work in the United States. Openings are in New Orleans, LA; The Woodlands, TX; or Little Rock, AR, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Pursing undergrad or master's degree in Electrical engineering.
• GPA 2.8 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Eligible to work in the United States for internship eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Supports DER planning and model development tasks.
• Assist with DER studies and analysis (PV, energy storage, EV, DR).
• Assist with model development for planning power flow models.
• Conduct data and system analysis.
• Prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations.
• Assist in field data acquisition.
• Work within deadlines and coordinate with engineers and supervisors.
