Job summary

Riverty Group is seeking an IT Infrastructure Expert to ensure secure, reliable access to networks, printers, and meeting room devices. You will own endpoint lifecycles from provisioning to retirement using Microsoft Intune and related technologies.

Join a multinational team in Baden-Baden, working on WAN/LAN, VPN, proxies, and firewalls with emphasis on security hardening and performance. German language skills are a plus; English fluency required.

• Strong written and verbal English; German proficiency is a plus.
• Able to prioritize, manage time effectively, and focus on high-impact tasks.
• Collaborative and patient in multicultural environments.
• ITIL knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure secure, reliable access to network, printers, and meeting room devices.
• Own lifecycle of corporate endpoints via Intune and related tools.
• Manage WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN/Proxy/Firewall infrastructure and changes.
• Handle meeting room devices, digital displays, and related platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for reliability and performance.

We are looking for anIT Infrastructure Expert (m/f/d) (unlimited, fulltime) Join our team at our location in Baden-Baden (Germany)

Role Purpose: You will play a key role in ensuring our employees have secure, reliable, and seamless access to our network, printers and meeting room devices. You will own the lifecycle of corporate endpoints - from provisioning and onboarding to application deployment, compliance, security hardening, and retirement - using Microsoft Intune (MDM), Ricoh CloudStream, meeting room devices from Microsoft and Logitech.

• Legacy File Server Support
• Management of Cloud Printing Infrastructure
• Provider Management for WAN connectivity and contracts
• Provider Management for all enterprise network components
• Performance & Capacity, Incident & Problem, Lifecycle & Change Management for:
  • Wide Area Network (WAN)
  • Local Area Network (LAN) - Wireless Network (Wi-Fi)
  • Virtual Private Network (VPN)
  • Proxy
  • Firewall
• Meetingroom Equipment and digital displays
  • Standards & Platforms
  • Proof of Concept, Trial Units

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable discipline
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, technologies, networks, workplace environment, and computer hardware/software
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;ideally also speaking German
• Ability to prioritize effectively, focus on high-impact tasks, and demonstrate strong time management and attention to detail
• Collaborative, responsible, and patient team player, comfortable working in multicultural environments
• ITIL knowledge is an advantage
