Job summary

RAPA SE in Selb, Germany, invites applications for an IT Infrastructure Specialist. You will set up, monitor, and optimize Microsoft 365 services while administering servers and network infrastructure.

You'll analyze and evolve IT security policies, manage printing systems, and monitor the overall system landscape. The role requires strong AD/Windows Server knowledge, German and English communication skills, and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or comparable field.
• Strong IT security knowledge aligned with current threat landscapes.
• Expertise in AD and Windows Server administration.
• Ability to design, configure, and manage multi-tier IT environments.
• German fluency and good written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Setup, optimization, and monitoring of M365 solutions (TEAMS, etc.).
• Administration of servers and network infrastructure.
• Analyze and develop IT security systems and policies.
• Global configuration and administration of printing systems.
• Monitor the system landscape and plan changes.
• Implement changes to managed systems and contribute to IT strategy.
• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support troubleshooting.

• Excellent knowledge and experience in the design, configuration, and administration of multi-tier, service-oriented IT environments
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server
• Customer-oriented service attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
