Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary management of employees in the IT infrastructure department (data centers/server/storage/LAN/WAN/security)
• Responsibility for the trouble-free operation and security of IT systems, including planning, evaluation and implementation of new IT systems
• Maintaining, operating and monitoring the assigned responsibilities/services, especially Active Directory (AD), File Services (DFS), Datacenter Operations & Database Services (NUTANIX/NDB)
• Development of standards and ensuring the standard-compliant operation of the transferred responsibilities/services
• Project work in a local and international environment

Your profile

• Degree in computer science or comparable IT training with professional experience
• Several years of professional experience and ideally initial management experience
• Strategic and structured way of working
• High level of communication skills and assertiveness
• Initiative, ability to work in a team and resilience
• Very good knowledge of German and English and willingness to travel
