Role Overview Summary

The role holder will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering systems and networks which deliver a high-quality information technology service to VSO staff, volunteers, and programmes globally.

Ideal Applicant Summary

We are looking for an IT professional with working knowledge of Microsoft Entra & Intune Device Management for mobile and Windows OS via Autopilot, Azure Compute services, including VM and web app management. The ideal candidate should have experience of dealing with technical issues, problem resolution, and third parties. In addition, you should have at least one of the following specialist qualifications: MCSA/MCIPT/MSCE/CCNA/Azure Administrator Associate/Azure Fundamentals and experience supporting remote networks and infrastructure, preferably in an international context.
