Job Title: IT and Infrastructure Engineer - USA

Department: IT

Location: Texas - remote

Reporting to: Global IT Manager

The Role

The role of IT and Infrastructure Engineer will be a central role in a newly established Global IT Team responsible for maintaining and improving the company's IT services and infrastructure. The role encompasses a broad range of tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and support for end users.

Duties And Responsibilities

• End User Support at all levels
• Daily IT Operations with the Service Desk and the wider IT Team
• Administering the various systems in use
• Performing required maintenance on systems and infrastructure
• Assisting with governance and compliance tasks as required
• Working with in-region colleagues to develop a localised Continuous Improvement Programme
• Ad-Hoc IT related tasks as required
  
  
  

Specific Skills, Knowledge And Experience Required

• Microsoft technology stack:
• Azure/Intune/Entra
• Active Directory
• O365
• Server OS
• Storage Spaces Direct
• Virtualization Technologies
• Backup and Recovery Technologies
• Knowledge of Information Security best practices
• Experience as 2nd line on an IT Service Desk
• Firewall and Network Infrastructure administration
• Ability to work under own supervision and timetable
• Must be based in the State of Texas, within reasonable distance of International Airports as there will be occasional travel required
