Job summary

Apis Services seeks an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of our technology backbone for a nationwide client network. This hands-on leader will guide cloud, server, network, and cybersecurity initiatives while mentoring the infrastructure team.

You will partner with stakeholders to deliver practical technology solutions, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement across multiple service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Five (5)+ years of progressive IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or network administration experience.
• Three (3)+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, networking, and systems administration.
• Demonstrated experience leading infrastructure projects and technology implementations.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and technology service providers.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's infrastructure environment.
• Serve as hands-on technical leader responsible for cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity initiatives, systems engineering, and enterprise platforms.
• Perform engineering, administration, troubleshooting, and implementation work while managing day-to-day operations of the infrastructure team.
• Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for technical staff.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex infrastructure and systems-related issues.
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning through implementation to meet deadlines, budgets, and objectives.
• Manage and optimize cloud environments, network infrastructure, virtualization, storage, and enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, policies, and documentation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver technology solutions aligned with goals.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers.
• Monitor performance, availability, security, and capacity to ensure reliable operations.
• Identify opportunities to modernize systems, reduce risk, and improve resiliency.
