This position serves as the network manager and virtual system manager in the PSC's IT Department. Design, configure and maintain servers, networks, storage systems and virtualization environments. Monitor infrastructure health, capacity and performance to ensure uptime and reliability. Troubleshoots Issues related to server, networking, firewalls and VPN services. Monitors security controls for firewalls, endpoint protection and Intrusion detection. Assists In vulnerability assessments and remediation activities. Maintain and test critical disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Monitors backups, replication and restoration processes. Maintains documentation for systems, changes and procedures. Creates technical diagrams, procedural manuals and knowledge base articles. Provide regular reports on system performance, uptime, and incidents. Works closely with other team members to ensure integrated solutions.

This role involves managing servers, networks, storage systems, and other infrastructure components while identifying opportunities to enhance performance, security, and capacity. The IT Infrastructure Analyst provides technical support, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with various teams to align the infrastructure with business needs.

Minimum Qualifications
