Job summary

Coalition for the Homeless, Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to support and modernize the organization's technology stack. The role requires managing Microsoft 365, cloud services, identity, networking, and AV systems across multiple office locations.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience, strong client service skills, and the ability to handle high-stress situations with calm efficiency. A focus on security and operational reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• 2+ years' experience in a related position and hands-on IT infrastructure work.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Active Directory environments.
• Familiarity with security best practices, backups, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Form a cohesive team to respond to technology needs across the organization.
• Administer, maintain, and support enterprise infrastructure including 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and more.
• Design, implement, and enhance enterprise technologies including Intune, Autopilot, endpoint management, and cloud services.
• Provide Tier II/III support for hardware, software, networking, cloud, identity, and AV issues across multiple locations.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding by provisioning accounts, licenses, devices, and access permissions.
• Manage enterprise networking including firewalls, switches, VPN, DNS, DHCP, monitoring, and optimization.
• Plan upgrades, hardware refreshes, maintenance, and lifecycle management to minimize downtime.
• Configure and monitor cybersecurity technologies including MFA, encryption, and threat prevention.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and reporting.
• Administer backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity using Veeam and Carbonite.
• Evaluate and support new technologies and vendor partnerships for modernization.
• Configure conference room AV systems and support executive events.
