Job summary

Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program (BHCHP) is seeking a visionary and collaborative IT Infrastructure Manager to advance our mission through secure, resilient, and modern technology systems. You will lead planning, implementation, and support of BHCHP’s infrastructure, reporting to the CIO, ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure systems for clinical and operational teams.

This role balances innovation with cybersecurity, operational reliability, and user-centered design in a healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible IT infrastructure experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and continuous improvement of BHCHP’s IT infrastructure for scalability and resilience.
• Oversee cybersecurity posture, HIPAA compliance, and security standards.
• Manage day-to-day operations of networking, cloud, identity, and unified communications systems.
• Ensure reliable connectivity across multiple clinical sites and remote environments.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and testing; ensure business continuity.
• Coach and develop IT infrastructure team; foster collaboration and accountability.
• Manage vendor relationships and IT project delivery.
