Polsinelli is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Experience Manager, this role can be hired as remote or hybrid, provided the candidate is in a state/jurisdiction where we practice.

Position Summary

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, support, and triage of Infrastructure escalations within the Platform Services function of IT. The candidate should have knowledge of Identity and Access Management platforms, PowerShell experience, and prioritize Customer Service.

Primary responsibilities include working directly with Okta for Identity and Access Management, automation tasks via PowerShell and MS Graph, and supporting the administration and configuration of our M365 tenant.

Core Responsibilities

• Act as an escalation point for User Support teams and firm staff. Triage incidents and calls, analyze and resolve issues in real time.
• Assist in triaging Security Operations tickets related to Infrastructure platforms and workflows.
• Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
• Manage and monitor Identity and Access controls through Okta and Entra/Azure.
• Create, support, and maintain Okta configurations, including Conditional Access policies.
• Support administration, troubleshooting, and support for application authentication and SSO issues via Okta.
• Assist in automation for employee onboarding/offboarding, group and account management, and Active Directory processes.
• Assist in managing Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Maintain documentation related to systems and procedures.
• Ensure reliable attendance and communication during scheduled work hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Technical Proficiency Requirements

• Okta or other IAM platforms
• M365 Administration (Entra, Teams, OneDrive, Conditional Access)
• PowerShell

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, 401(k), and more.
