Job Title: IT Infrastructure Administrator (Server and Storage)

Job Description

The Infrastructure Administrator is part of a team that architects, designs, builds, maintains, and supports the Firm’s global infrastructure solutions, including Computer, Storage, and Disaster Recovery.

This role manages the lifecycle of the Server & Storage portfolio, balancing optimal solutions for lawyers, staff, practice groups, and clients while minimizing risks. The team collaborates with cross-functional IT, Security, and other stakeholders to adapt solutions to the Firm's evolving needs. The role requires strategic and tactical thinking to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

Education & Certification

• Preferred technical certifications (e.g., MSCE).

Knowledge & Experience

• 4+ years in a large Law Firm or similar professional service organization, managing global infrastructure lifecycle.
• Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell), on-premise backup solutions (e.g., Commvault), infrastructure monitoring tools, identity and access management (e.g., Azure, MS Defender, Active Directory), network and system administration, and documentation.
