Polsinelli is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Experience Manager, this position can be remote or hybrid, depending on the candidate's location within our practice jurisdictions.

Position Summary

This role involves the administration, maintenance, support, and triage of Infrastructure escalations within the Platform Services of IT. Key knowledge areas include Identity and Access Management platforms, PowerShell scripting, and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include managing Okta for IAM, automation via PowerShell/MS Graph, and supporting M365 tenant administration.

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as an escalation point for User Support teams and staff, triaging incidents and resolving issues end-to-end.
• Assist in triaging Security Operations tickets related to infrastructure platforms under guidance from senior engineers and management.
• Provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
• Manage Identity and Access controls via Okta and Entra/Azure.
• Configure and support Okta for application access, including Conditional Access policies.
• Support authentication and SSO troubleshooting via Okta.
• Assist with automation tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, group and account management, and Active Directory processes.
• Manage Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Maintain up-to-date system documentation.
• Ensure reliable attendance and availability during scheduled work shifts, including communication via Teams, Zoom, email, voicemail, and phone.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Technical Proficiency Requirements

• Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta.
• Proficiency in M365 administration (Entra, Teams, OneDrive, Conditional Access).
• PowerShell scripting skills.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000.
